So when do we get more details?? Possesion date, do you have a renter, are you renovating the basement, etc....Which neighbour- hood is it in?? p.s. Congrats and have fun!
It is in Ottewell, we take posetion on the 28th of the month, the basement has recently been renovated so we are just going to rent it out for the 1st of October.
We are showing the apartment this week to a couple of possible tenants.
